What inspires the lyrics in your songs?
The inspiration for my songs come from a place that I am just beginning to tap into. I will think of a title and then let that title sit with me, and really resonate with what it means. You Inspire Me for example, was a song about anything or anyone that has made you feel so overwhelmingly passionate about something that you felt so alive and capable of accomplishing anything you have ever wanted to do. It is that feeling of inspiration, knowing what direction you should be taking and really listening to your heart.

What is the mission behind your work?
The mission behind my work… I am not really sure yet what my full mission is, but for right now I truly believe it is to share my songs. There are many people that don’t read, so music is another outlet, and by putting positive messages into songs you can entertain a whole new audience to understanding what it is like to be positive and follow your dreams.

Can you speak on intention? Possibly discuss the ways your positive intentions have energetically supported your career.
Intention is not just a word to me. It is how I live my life. You have to see the final outcome and truly live as you are already there, you are living in the end result. I have used my own intentions since I was a little girl, I always saw myself singing on stage writing music and loving what I do. You can have everything you want, it is just you that holds yourself back, believe that you can be and the possibilities are endless. I truly believe that I am where I am because of my positive intentions.

Today more than ever it is imperative that our generation step up to the plate and create change. As a voice for our generation how do you plan to contribute to that mission?
It is our generations turn to help save our world. Being kind to one another is a start. Everyday help someone out, even if it’s a small suggestion, holding a door open, helping a friend, all of these will change the mood of our world. I feel as if it’s our responsibility to care for one another, and make each other’s lives easier. I live by this everyday and I believe I have really helped all the people in my life do the same.
